Hello, Patrick and Heather here. We are the owners and operators of Ambush Printing. I know what you're thinking: “Ambush Printing,” am I going to get ambushed by ordering from this site? Nope. The name comes from a trip we took to the Bonnie and Clyde Ambush museum in Louisiana (http://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/10864). We fancy ourselves the modern-day Bonnie and Clyde. Not in the law breaking kind of way, but as free spirits.

True believers that ‘knowledge is power,’ the mission of Ambush Printing is to make rare books and manuscripts from all over the world, accessible to everyone. Have you ever looked through the Codex Madrid I or II? Da Vinci was hundreds of years ahead of his time when it came to mechanical engineering.  Would you like to hold one of the original Gospels of Mark or Luke, written in Greek, in your hands? Have you ever read the notebook of Sir Isaac Newton in his own handwriting? Our passion is bringing books, manuscripts, and scrolls of the ancient world back to their raw form, unfiltered from hundreds, sometimes thousands of years of new editions and translations.
Please contact us with any inquiries, ideas, or feedback on new or existing works. We enjoy hearing from you!
